Not a good time at all ... The asian waitress that served my drink was extremely rude, tried to walk away with my change (... tips are earned, btw) and the slot machines were cold ... I will not be back again.River Cree is a few minutes down the road and much better facility with a hell of a lot better customer service.
Clean facilities nice staff well cleaned during this pandemic. I tried to tip the man at the door two men actually and they wouldn't accept it because they would get fired. Meanwhile I tipped the waiter waitresses and bartender. I ask both men if I just dropped five dollars would you pick it up they said no. So they do not treat every employee equal and I'll never come back.
It's impossible to properly rate a casino based on customer experience. Some people have better luck than others. I've rated it based on cleanliness, staff, and game selection. A lot of my favourite machines were out of service because of distancing machines, however, they have a nice selection open. Staff are friendly and helpful. The casino is very clean, tidy, and organized. I enjoy playing at this particular place.
